Part-time receptionist needed

We are looking for a part time parish receptionist. The Parish receptionist is the first contact our parishioners and others have with at the Parish office. We are looking for someone to work approximately 20 hours a week. The candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish). The job duties require answering phones and the door, sorting out mail, taking messages, generating letters and mailings, working on the bulletin, working with funeral directors and other parish employees to ensure information is properly communicated. Recording sacramental records, and other secretarial duties.  Experienced with Publisher is a must.


Must have a minimum of a High School diploma. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Publisher and Excel. Excellent people skills.
